ForUse/Numen (Sven Jonke, Christoph Katzler and Nikola Radeljković)
Numen / ForUse is a product design group founded in 1998. Since then, the trio has been designing furniture and other objects for Italian and German top quality producers (Cappellini, ClassiCon, Desalto, Interlubke, Magis, MDF Italia,  Moroso, and Zanotta). Numen also works in the field of set design. In addition, occasionally they have created purposely purposeless, conceptual objects like Numen-light and Tape Installation.

Nikola is a member of Croatian Designers Association and one of founding members of Reaktor, a platform for promotion of Croatian product design.

KT (Knot) TABLE, 2010

The Kt table is a folding table for outside use. It consists of water-resistant plywood board, legs of solid wood and the sole joining element - synthetic rope. The table is set up by turning a rope wrapped around a copper rod. In the tightening process, the rope gets tautened. The shorter rope is tied with the true lovers’ knot and the longer with a reef knot.
The table Kt was designed for Reaktor in 2010, and it exemplifies the core idea of the workshop: designing playful and witty objects to solve immediate problems and engage (activate) the users.

FKY SHELF, 2009

Four layers of horizontal bars and three layers of slightly inclined vertical bars are alternately interconnected into a three-dimensional structure. Numerous junctures of overlapping mesh of laths provide sufficient surface connection for the stability of the shelf. Even though the structure itself seems random, the deviation from orthogonal actually enhances the statics of the shelf. The shelf / room divider is made of combination of painted and oiled solid oak laths or combination of oiled solid maple, nut and elm laths.
